Said he sent his guy but that wasnt true, I have a ring doorbell and I was the one shoveling time and time again. Requested a refund and he has not yet returned it... when I requested this from him all I got in return was a snarky response. He was quite rude! DO NOT HIRE.

We received a quote from Jazz E Concrete, specifically Blair. He was super optimistic and had a great attitude at the start but when the job presented a challenge, he got ugly...very ugly. Let me express what I mean by ugly and I’ll spare the profanity and intricate details as recommended by my lawyer. It all started with a site visit where Blair saw the space, quoted an epoxy floor job with removal of an existing VCT tile. He explained that he was expecting to only be a few days to complete... Fast forward 3 weeks, the year out was still underway and by this point, Blair has already expressed that he’s “eating his shorts” and “taking a bath” on the job which I would assume is contractor vernacular for the job is not going well. At this time, he became quite grumpy eventually leading to him screaming, threatening and insulting myself and my wife. He walked off the job taking his tools and quite a bit of the material that we paid for along with our $11k+ deposit. je continued to send many insulting and explicit text messages until we threatened to contact the police. We will be taking this company to court as there were many set backs and financial hardships caused by him walking off of our job. were in a terrible position and have had to borrow money to continue our partially started project. Per my lawyers request, I would like to note that this information is factual to the best of my knowledge. UPDATE: Blair of Jazz E Concrete has sent us an email demanding that we remove this review or he will flood out company with reviews “Just move on or keep this going because I will flood you with reviews trust me” —Blair
