Isaac and his crew were fantastic. They built a new fence around our yard, large deck with Clubhouse PVC decking and a Unilock paver patio area. Isaac took care of coordinating all the deliveries and stages involved including separate contracts for our neighbour's portion of the fences. They were all nice and patient with all our questions as we watched the progress. Definitely would recommend and hire them again. Thank you!

After meeting with several contractors, we ultimately chose Jose and his team. Derek, from Beneworks, was on-site throughout the project and both he and Jose were consistently excellent with communication. They completed our 400 sq. ft. project in just two days, which was impressive. We went with the Unilock Beacon Hill Smooth pavers and are very happy with the final result. The crew was punctual, professional, and made sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day. The only concern we had was that plastic edging wasn't installed. The team explained that they had dug deeper than usual and believed the soil and house structure would provide adequate support. Time will tell if that holds up. It’s reassuring to know that GDC offers a three-year warranty, so we’ll keep an eye on things and follow up if we notice any sagging due to the lack of edging.

I interviewed 6 contractors before settling on Denis and RoyalArt Landscaping. His quote wasn’t the lowest or the highest. I selected him because of quality of his reviews, the detailed nature of his quotation and because of his personality. He and his crew did not disappoint; they disassembled our old deck, laid a dry foundation and installed new brick on the side and front of our house. Denis and his three crew-members showed up on time and tidied up at end of each day. Denis also had suggestions about drainage of our eavestrough to ensure proper water drainage. Professionally, I’m a keynote speaker who helps companies build develop a culture built on trust and doing the right thing. So I have pretty high standards when selecting contractors. Denis is an individual who comes across as a good guy and I’d have no hesitation recommending him if you are seeking a trustworthy person for your next project.
