I was very pleased with their snow removal services. I had them clear the driveway, sidewalk, and a portion of the side walkway of the house. They did a thorough job and were available to express any concerns or questions about the property. They were , I felt, on the expensive side but, you get what you paid for! We had two pergolas installed by this company in November 2020. While the installation itself went smoothly, our experience since then has been disappointing. Within four years, parts of two transparent UV-filter roof panels have broken and fallen off. We contacted the company in late 2024, but their responsiveness has been very poor. After multiple follow-ups, they quoted us C$800–1,000 for repairs—without inspecting the damage first. It's still unclear whether this quote covers just the broken sections or a full roof replacement. What’s especially frustrating is that we weren’t given any roofing material options at the time of installation. We later discovered that stronger, thicker polycarbonate sheets are widely available and commonly used. Had we been informed, we would have gladly paid more for better durability. Several friends' similar pergolas are going strong(10+ years) with sturdier sheets used. We expected more transparency and better service from a professional installer.

This company provided services for me for many years, the project completed this year for our new home was fantastic, beautifull beds design and choice of plants, grass replacement ,all at very resonable price. Will continue to work with them as we have used them for our home(s) in the last 10 years. Always relieble and easy to deal with, very professional and good work ethics. After other contractors completely abandoned the job site and never returned, Brandon came the same day I reached out for a quote. They did a fantastic job of my front walkway and yard, recommending improvements to ensure longevity of the project that other contractors I got quotes from didnt even mention. I had Brandon and his team back to do my side yard, and back yard. They worked efficiently and kept me appraised of anything they felt would improve the project.
