  Shower Masters just renovated our Bathroom. We had the Bath Tub removed and a new Shower system put in.The Tile work was absolutely perfect, which was completed by Everton. Ahmed & Michael were very professional to us and any concerns, changes or idea's that we had or wanted were completed. We found the pricing for the renovation was very reasonable compared to all the other contractors we met. The other contractors we contacted, were extremely expensive. The products that we picked from there Catalog were beautiful and they had so many choices. If you need a Bathroom Renovation, we highly RECOMMEND!!!!

  After hearing a lot of horror stories about contractors who take advantage of their clients, we were skeptical about hiring any contractor to get our kitchen renovated. My brother-in-law suggested we give Josh from Level Custom Build a call, as he knew them well. It turned out to be the best decision we made. We werent sure about what we wanted; we only knew we wanted a modern functional kitchen. On our first visit with Josh, he took the time to explain all the details to us. He set our expectations for what they were able to do and what was possible. He addressed all our questions and concerns. Here is a team that is extremely skilled, very punctual, clean, pays attention to details, very patient to our numerous changes, provides excellent quality of work, respects our home and took measures to make sure not to damage anything. They take pride in what they do and not just treat you like a number. I was extremely impressed with the app they provided us. This app provides information on dates, what is scheduled when, costs, due dates and pictures everyday of what was completed. Now that to me is truly impressive as it shows how organized and committed, they are towards their clients. We love what they have done with our Kitchen and dining room. Thank you, Al, Josh, Kevin, Jamal and the rest of the team. You guys gave us our Dream Kitchen.   I hired this contracting company to remodel my bedroom and handle drywall work in both my bedroom and bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They installed new vinyl flooring and baseboards, completed electrical work, and painted both rooms. The drywall finishing is excellent. They were timely, efficient, and kept the workspace tidy throughout the project. On top of that, they’re a genuinely nice bunch of guys who were easy to communicate with and respectful of my home. I will definitely be hiring them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

  Forever Precious did an extraordinary job of renovating my bathroom. They started when they said they would; they were here every day until the job was done, and they came in exactly on estimate. The project manager was incredibly helpful, accessible and always professional. He was also very helpful in thinking through design issues with me and dealt with practical issues promptly. In addition, the quality of the work done was fantastic. I'm usually quite critical about the quality of the work I have done, but this time I was very, very impressed. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

  Gabe, was on time and on budget. He set out clear expectations of the project and delivered on each of them in a timely manor. He does most of the work himself, so he never lost days waiting for others to be able to make it. He stressed the details right down to the last minute of the project. But the best part of the reno was his system for removing garbage daily so we never had a big mess to deal with. The entire job site was clean and organized.

  My first interaction with Andre was very positive, he seemed very knowledgeable and asked questions about the age and history of the home. He also said he only did one project at a time, and didn't start the next one until the previous was complete to our satisfaction. This feeling did not last very long once we had paid the deposit for the renovation. The original scheduled start date was in November. In October we received an email that it was delayed until February. Actual work didn't start until mid March. We agreed at the start of the project that if he needed to stay late if he was going to waste material (like grout or cement). What happened instead was he showed up most days between 10am-1pm and stayed 6-10 hours. Halfway through the project I clarified that I only wanted him in the house between 9-6 and the extra leeway was only for special circumstances. He came on time one day and returned to arriving between 10-1 after that. When demolition started, we was surprised that the walls of the 1930's home were not drywall, and had not heard of rocklathe that the walls were actually made of. He was also surprised the tub was made of cast iron. Both of which he charged more for above the quote price and added 1 week on the 2 week project. Once the bathroom was almost done, I had messaged him to confirm I was able to use the tub which he had tested. Once it drained, I noticed the ceiling below the tub was leaking, the original pipe was held together with epoxy and had come loose from the renovation. Another added cost, and I had to replace my own ceiling, he wanted to charge more and he was behind on the next job. He also moved the bathroom light switch to inside the bathroom, which was also not tested (it turned off all lights upstairs). The light switch move was a line item in the quote and paid for, but when I told him about it he would not entertain fixing the issue. In the end I will need to change this myself, even through I have paid for it and is a line item on the "add-on" quote. Other short nitpicks: - He did not install a shower curtain rod (not specifically called out in the job, but I had assumed that would be included) - Tiles not all flush with the wall, some sticking out - Did not get the tub we wanted, apparently it was out of stock on back order (we paid him the deposit 1 year before the work started) - Shower head was not installed well, o-ring was crushed and was leaking. Luckily I was going to replace with a different head so it was an easy fix The frustrating part is the bathroom itself is well done. If the Andrei and Jessica had just given an accurate quote from the beginning and did the work they said they would it would be a 9-10 star review. They are both very personable and very good hard working people. In the end, I would have been better off with a different company who quoted higher but had explicitly called out the complexity of working on an older home and likely wouldn't have had the surprise cost.

  I did an extensive review of contractors on Homestars who specialized in the supply and installation of tankless water heaters. There were many impressive options to choose from but I eventually settle on MMS Heating & Cooling. The glowing reviews and the impression I got from my initial interaction with Matt was the deciding factor. The quote I received from him was reasonable and competitive. He came across as professional, knowledgeable, responsive , accommodating and courteous. They arrived punctually to start the work as per our agreement and did an outstanding job. They completed the job on time exactly as Matt had indicated they would. The water heater was professionally and neatly installed without any issues or problems. I would have no hesitation in recommending MMS and Matt for any of the services they render. Thank you Matt.
