General Maintenance & Repairs We handle the day-to-day maintenance and repair work that comes up during ownership, between tenants, or as things naturally wear over time. This commonly includes general repairs and troubleshooting, drywall repair and patching, targeted paint touch-ups and small repaint areas, trim repairs and finish carpentry touch-ups, caulking and sealing, door, lock, hinge, and hardware issues, and minor plumbing or electrical work where permitted—among other common requests.
