The Eugene's diagnosis was completely off. The actual issue with our fridge was the defrost heater, but he didn't even check or consider it. We're really glad we got a second opinion and saved $700+. The crew did a great job, carefully managing several overhead wires and a cranky neighbour (one of the trees was in a neighboring yard but pushing over a fence onto my property). Majid and Russell did a great job, adding new LED pot lights around the kitchen ceiling in the right locations to optimize task lighting where it's needed, and new LED strip lighting under the kitchen cabinets. They explained everything and consulted about the exact locations for the ceiling lights; they were very personable, efficient and tidy, vacuuming up after the work was done.
