Needed a not used gas pipe in kitchen removed. Naveed responded and quoted immediately, price very reasonable (compared to other quotes), was able to come the next morning and complete the job, he checked and explained things I hadnt known, he also completed related tasks properly, and gave me suggestions for my furnace. I will hire him again if I need any HVAC services.

I was recommended to Irwin Heating from a close friend. He used him (Giancarlo the owner) for several matters including AC replacement and other furnace fixes. The reason why I reached out is I heard he is the consummate professional, super responsive, very knowledgeable and is reasonable in their advice and price. Im so glad I called him in to diagnose our 20 year old furnace which had been acting up. He was so responsive to booking a time to come see the furnace and to give his honest feedback and recommendations. We scheduled in for his crew to come install a few days later and I am extremely IMPRESSED. They know what they are doing and are just very courteous with service and with my concerns that I had and all my questions that I had!! I was impressed by Vito from first contact online, to meeting him when he arrived to provide an in-person quote and to the completion of the jobs that were done professionally and excellently. He was very knowledgeable and provided a reasonable quote. I arranged this work on behalf of my sister who is recently widowed and trying to find her way without her husband who normally took care of all of the house repairs either personally or by hiring professionals. I was referred to Extel Gas by a friend and this was the best referral I ever got! Raz is incredible, a true professional that you can trust to get the job done right, at a great price! Raz was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was always prompt, professional and incredibly helpful with all our questions many of which were well outside the scope of what we were hiring him to do. When it finally came time to replace my old boiler, I contacted a variety of companies big and small. But the moment I met Raz, I knew my search was over. He took the time to carefully review the complexities of replacing a 40+ year old boiler in a 120+ year old home and was thoughtful of optimal placement and configuration. As with all big projects in old home, complications always arise, and this turned out to be a much bigger job than any of us expected. The initial job took two full days, exactly what Raz said it would. Shortly after completing the install, one of our old rads started leaking. I called Raz in a panic and he dropped everything and was at our house within an hour. Raz worked tirelessly to get the job done as quickly as possible, without compromising quality, and while holding to his original quote. We chose to replace both our boiler and hot water tank with a Rinnai combi boiler, and we took the opportunity to we reconfigure the old pipes to reclaim some space that would have otherwise been unusable. When I had broached the subject of moving pipes with other companies, they priced it so ridiculously high that it was clear that they didnt want to do the job, but Raz was more than willing take on the big project and, best of all, at a very reasonable price. He even installed a new laundry sink for me! I would recommend Extel Gas / Raz any day! A solid 10/10 and 5 stars all the way.

In Oct 2023 RGS (Roozbeh) installed and connected our new gas stove and we couldn't have asked for better service. Roozbeh has been our "Go To Guy" for all of our heating, refrigeration and ventilation needs over the past 14 years in two different residences. In our current residence he replaced an aging gas furnace, hot water tank and installed a heat pump. To rectify an existing circulation restriction to the second floor, he installed automatic booster fans in three of the second floor vent pipes and the difference is amazing. No matter what your HVAC needs are, Roozbeh and RGS can be totally relied upon to provide honest, efficient service. In our opinion, they are the best in the business.

It won't allow me to select one star. This is a terrible company I recommend potential customers to keep looking for another option. They notified us prior that there is a charge of$68 just for showing up which is fair. Upon arrival however they advised that it would cost $300 without looking at anything or knowing what the issue was. The technician was professional and polite but was here for maybe 30 minutes and did no repairs and we were still charged $300.
