We werent sure about what we wanted; we only knew we wanted a modern functional kitchen. On our first visit with Josh, he took the time to explain all the details to us. He set our expectations for what they were able to do and what was possible. He addressed all our questions and concerns. Here is a team that is extremely skilled, very punctual, clean, pays attention to details, very patient to our numerous changes, provides excellent quality of work, respects our home and took measures to make sure not to damage anything. They take pride in what they do and not just treat you like a number. I was extremely impressed with the app they provided us. This app provides information on dates, what is scheduled when, costs, due dates and pictures everyday of what was completed. Now that to me is truly impressive as it shows how organized and committed, they are towards their clients. We love what they have done with our Kitchen and dining room. Masters of Their Craft! We initially hired Reza to design and build a deck around our new hot tub. The finished product included a privacy panel and stairs. We were so impressed with Reza and his teams professionalism and expertise that we hired them again to design and create a backyard retreat which included privacy fencing. Rezas team created a beautiful stone patio and firepit which connected to a stone pathway along the side of our house. The garden was cleaned up and a stone border was installed. When the backyard looks better than the front yard, what do you do? Work with Reza again to create the design! The front of our house now has a stone garden bed and pathway, and privacy screening which complements the natural beauty of our neighbourhood. To tip this design over the top, Reza added soft outdoor recessed lighting along the pathway, and spotlights in the garden bed. Rezas team also built a solid wood garden bed in front of the porch and added lighting as well. Reza and his team are masters of their craft. The team is meticulous and friendly, and their work is impeccable. Reza is a wonderful person and very easy to work with. We are so happy with the results they truly made our house a home and we cant thank them enough. We will be hiring Reza for all future projects and highly recommend them. We highly recommend Bevan and the team at Juniper Development Group. We recently completed a renovation that included interior, exterior and structural alterations to our property and our experience was outstanding. The scope included Interior: demo, drywall, flooring, custom doors + Exterior: balcony rebuild, retaining wall reconstruction, stamped concrete, & metal/glass railings. One of the things that stood out was they were always on time, communicated well, and kept the job site tidy, an aspect that both us and our neighbours appreciated. Bevan listened carefully to our ideas and offered helpful advice throughout the project. When unexpected issues arose, like the balcony and roof issue that was discovered, Bevan promptly addressed them, ensuring the repairs were done correctly which can be complicated on 100 year old homes. What impressed us most was the level of care and attention to detail. Bevan managed the project efficiently, keeping us informed daily/weekly and made sure we stayed within budget. Even when a temporary tarp blew off during a storm, they were there within an hour, fixing it in the pouring rain. Overall, our experience with Juniper was excellent. Bevan is a contractor who values communication, integrity, and quality work. We've already referred him to multiple friends/clients. He is now our go-to for everything house related.

Tyler and his crew from Marble Creek Contracting did an incredible job replacing our old fence and pouring a brand-new concrete pathway and deck pad. This was a massive project involving heavy demolition, grading, custom fence construction with a front entrance trellis, and curved concrete work. Tyler was incredibly thorough—even digging down to locate our septic lid and installing riser extensions so it’s easily accessible moving forward. The crew took care of absolutely everything from material delivery to site cleanup. We are thrilled with the results and will definitely use Marble Creek again!

I was referred to Extel Gas by a friend and this was the best referral I ever got! Raz is incredible, a true professional that you can trust to get the job done right, at a great price! Raz was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was always prompt, professional and incredibly helpful with all our questions many of which were well outside the scope of what we were hiring him to do. When it finally came time to replace my old boiler, I contacted a variety of companies big and small. But the moment I met Raz, I knew my search was over. He took the time to carefully review the complexities of replacing a 40+ year old boiler in a 120+ year old home and was thoughtful of optimal placement and configuration. As with all big projects in old home, complications always arise, and this turned out to be a much bigger job than any of us expected. The initial job took two full days, exactly what Raz said it would. Shortly after completing the install, one of our old rads started leaking. I called Raz in a panic and he dropped everything and was at our house within an hour. Raz worked tirelessly to get the job done as quickly as possible, without compromising quality, and while holding to his original quote. We chose to replace both our boiler and hot water tank with a Rinnai combi boiler, and we took the opportunity to we reconfigure the old pipes to reclaim some space that would have otherwise been unusable. When I had broached the subject of moving pipes with other companies, they priced it so ridiculously high that it was clear that they didnt want to do the job, but Raz was more than willing take on the big project and, best of all, at a very reasonable price. He even installed a new laundry sink for me! I would recommend Extel Gas / Raz any day! A solid 10/10 and 5 stars all the way.
