We've had this company to our home since we moved to the town. They installed a furnace just before we bought the home. We have them come each spring and fall for AC and Furnace maintenance. They've also done cleaning and maintenance on our gas fireplace. This time we had the ducts cleaned. I don't believe it had ever been done in this home. Tyson arrived very promptly and explained all that he'd be doing. He got right to work and by noon was finished. What a great guy. Your company is lucky to have him. He's personable, professional, attentive to details and just an all round nice guy. We opted for the Ultimate Package this first time. It is reasonably priced and we believe worth the money. Richard came, cleaned furnace, we discussed maintenance. Then he cleaned our central air unit, he spent time cleaning the cooling fins and straigthening them out! Also discussed what I can do between services to keep in good condition. Richard spent the time to talk to me and answer my questions! All really good. I recently hired Subha to handle the gas line disconnect for my kitchen renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with his work! He was punctual, professional, and even adjusted his schedule to come earlier as per my request. Subha disconnected the gas line safely and efficiently, and patiently waited for me to make the necessary cuts in my island. When I was ready to go, he made himself available for the next day. He conducted several leak tests to ensure my safety as well. Overall, his dedication, price, and quality of work were top-notch. Highly recommend him for any gas line services and will personally only be using him in the future.
