I have over a decade in experience in construction, renovations, property maintenance and have recently started my own business. I work with a property management company that manages 18 air bnbs and a company that owns 4 smaller sized apartment buildings. Though I usually work alone I do have a few labourers I work with, skilled and unskilled depending on the needs of the jobs. I pride myself on my work and have an eye for detail.
