Its been almost two years since our custom closets were done in three of the rooms through Closets by Design. They are as sturdy, stylish and pristine as ever. Sarah was the Designer we were fortunate to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional, passionately presenting us with multiple ideas and options. From the very beginning, his communication was clear, professional, and completely free of upselling. He consistently offered thoughtful advice tailored to what was best for my home. Despite me being out of town for most of the project due to my work setting, Mike patiently kept me informed with detailed updates and promptly addressed all my questions. Even during the installation, I was unable to be present due to an emergency, but Mike handled everything with dedication and precision. The results are impeccable, and the entire experience was stress-free, thanks to his professionalism and commitment to delivering exactly what was promised. Sal and his team are wonderfully skilled with a high attention to detail. Just as important, they are good people. One too many times, you get contractors that you wished you hadn't welcomed into your home. Definitely not the case with Sal's Renovations. From initial estimate, to job completion, they are consummate professionals. Friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. They went above and beyond in the care with which they considered materials for our job, ensuring we had a proper estimate with appropriate attention to details, and in how they handled themselves on a day to day basis in our home. Even though this job in particular was a smaller project, Sal and Arie still dedicated themselves wholeheartedly, working diligently throughout. They are the type of guys that bring your bins back to your garage, just because they happen to be there anyway, or who step in to help with a nail gun when your son inadvertently rips something off the wall unrelated to the project at hand. Professional, thoughtful and skilled. She worked with me until her drawing met with my needs and what the city required. She understood my situation and was happy to work with me until we got it right. Roman came over to discuss delivering and spreading garden soil and mulch on our front and back gardens, and was able to get the materials and do the work on spreading the soil the same day, which was fantastic. And it looks great. I was not ready for him to lay the mulch as I have more things to plant, but he will come back to do the mulch when I am ready.
