I had a leak in the basement ceiling that had gone on for a few weeks. George responded promptly, gave a comparable estimate and then proceeded to the job all in one day. We discussed an additional fee for plumbing service, should it be a pipe-leak issue, and when the work was done he waived the fee. The team at All Star Restoration Services did a terrific job restoring our basement following a rainstorm that caused flooding. They responded quickly to any questions we had about the process and timelines. They worked efficiently to remove the damaged drywall and ensured that all of the affected areas were completely dried and mould-free before starting the restoration. After hearing a lot of horror stories about contractors who take advantage of their clients, we were skeptical about hiring any contractor to get our kitchen renovated. My brother-in-law suggested we give Josh from Level Custom Build a call, as he knew them well. It turned out to be the best decision we made. We werent sure about what we wanted; we only knew we wanted a modern functional kitchen. On our first visit with Josh, he took the time to explain all the details to us. He set our expectations for what they were able to do and what was possible. He addressed all our questions and concerns. Here is a team that is extremely skilled, very punctual, clean, pays attention to details, very patient to our numerous changes, provides excellent quality of work, respects our home and took measures to make sure not to damage anything. They take pride in what they do and not just treat you like a number. I was extremely impressed with the app they provided us. This app provides information on dates, what is scheduled when, costs, due dates and pictures everyday of what was completed. Now that to me is truly impressive as it shows how organized and committed, they are towards their clients. We love what they have done with our Kitchen and dining room. Thank you, Al, Josh, Kevin, Jamal and the rest of the team. You guys gave us our Dream Kitchen.
