It did not proceed. The job was a simple recalling of some skylights. I explained the roof was metal and 45 degree slope. You accepted and set a date for the work to be done for $85/hr. I later explained a 20 foot ladder was adequate to access the roof as it had been so accessed by a professional outfit before. Your man arrived with a fold up ladder he said was inadequate. I doubt he intended to do the job. He said he needed another person to do the job and I agreed. I was then informed that an unspecified number of roof anchors costing $295 each were required. I was then informed that a mechanical lift would also be required. My roof has been easily accessed and worked on before without a lift or roof anchors…but the men were experienced professionals. I could not recommend your firm for metal roof work as a result of this experience. Ryan was however a very nice person.
