Ethics and professionalism are our highest values that we offer to our customers. We have 12 years of experience roofing 100 km around Barrhead, AB and have done more than 130 roofs. We always place an Ice and Water "stick on" membrane, all over the roof, not just on the edges, in metal and shingles roofs. In metal installations, we always use 2" x 4" spruce wood strapping every 2 feet, attached to the rafters, to support the metal structure and for it not to be installed directly over the roof. We always change aluminum roof drip edges, plastic flashings and vents. Also install whirlybirds if ordered. We cover the garbage disposal and clean fallen nails with a magnet. We give you a 5 year written warranty against installation defects. We don't ask you for any down payment. We put our money on the roofs we built and we get paid after the work is done and at your entire satisfaction. . Roger The Roofer is, for long your best way to re-do your roof. Best Regards.
