It was a pleasure working with Ilir and George from True North. I had a couple of estimates on this project, but True North was the one who could give me an estimate on the spot. We talked about the job, what they proposed, and the current equipment. I did not hesitate to give the job to True North. They showed up on time, with the correct material and went right to work. They did an excellent job. Cleaned up thoroughly when finished, and walked me around the house to discuss their work. Egor was very responsive and patient with my questions. It would have been a chore for me to choose tiles and facuet, but he made it easy. Egor and Alix are very professional and were great to work with. Alix is very methodical and takes pride in his work. I communicated with three members of the excellent team - Mohd from Sales, Monica from customer service and Ozzie, the person who did the real excellent job. I have an excellent input for all the three. Ozzie, the gentleman who enacted the walk in closets, is a thorough gentleman, excellent in his job with amazing knowledge. I got three walk-inclosets made. He came at 7.30 am, as promised and completed the job before 4.30 pm. He knew his job, so well that I didn't go the closets before he came down and informed that the job is completed. He cleaned up the area thoroughly.
