Repair wall or floor tiles- 11 May 2026
The guys were knowledgeable, arrived on time. The replaced tile is not 100% even with the floor, but perhaps that's not easy to accomplish.

PNK was introduced to me by my realtor. They were great from day one. I could tell they were genuinely interested in my project and creating a beautiful home for my wife and I. We did a full gut renovation on our townhouse, down to the studs in most places. We had to replace 90% of our electrical, all new plumbing, we ran network cable all over the house, new floors, 2 bathrooms (one was net new) brand new kitchen, new trim, finished the unfinished basement creating more living space. Pat and Ken were great at creating custom solutions for all the weird things that popped up; like our HVAC system. There is no gas on the property, but we are the only unit in our complex with a full forced air air conditioning and heating system powered by an electric boiler and high velocity ducting. They even worked closely with me to build in all the smart home features I wanted. To top it off, all this was at the height of covid, so getting material and scheduling people to work was a nightmare, but the guys got it done! I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a new home build or renovation.

Artem completed a full demolition of tile and existing flooring and the installation of engineered hardwood within 1 week. His attention to detail is second to none. He was able to pivot when faced with unforeseen challenges and come up with great solutions. We had refinished our entire kitchen prior to the flooring project due to unfortunate scheduling conflicts. He managed to demolish tile and work around the newly stained kitchen with absolutely minimal touchup requirements. I trusted his opinion and honesty throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend Artem for your flooring needs.

Alex did a good job at the design (which was not to scale) and all the other contractors were booked so we decided to proceed with Kasty as he was the only one available and we could use the space for the tail end of the 2020 summer. Despite hearing some warning from others that a 27 year old who claims to have lots of experience and an engineering background would be an issue, we proceed with the project. Things started great and was pleased with the team and work however about halfway through the project we noticed things were being rushed and issues were starting to appear. Typical responses like “we stand behind our work” and “everything is covered under warranty” etc. is what we heard. As we approached the end of the project Alex provided the “Final Invoice” and to let him know if we had any questions. We had done a walkthrough of the front and back and made notes of the parts of the job we were not happy with and some areas where we were over charged. Alex was not happy with the list and became very defensive however after lots of back and forth agreed to a take it or leave it offer from Alex in which we agreed to reduce the final price by $2,235 (~1.8% of the total cost). We took the take it or leave it offer and made the payment in full and ensured Alex signed the final invoice confirming it was paid in full and we moved on. Shortly after this is where things changed... There was a rebate promotion with the stone manufacturer which we were trying to claim however the stone manufacturer responded that we did not qualify as our project was not paid in full. After reaching out to Alex we were told “Not going to go over and above for someone who did this to me” and that “He didn’t agree because he was happy about the conversation” and “Like I said you have a 3 year warranty regardless of how I feel. I put the needs of my work before mine”. 2 month later the cedar trees that Alex planted died. I was told there was a warranty with the nursery and if I got the irrigation system that warranty would be extended (which I did). However, Alex has ignored our requests and those dead cedars have not been replaced. After the winter we noticed lots of cracks, chips and crumbling stone and reached out to the stone manufacturer (as we had a lifetime warranty on the stone). However, received the same response that the contractor (Alex) indicated the project was not paid in full. So finally I escalated the issue to the President of the stone manufacturer and requested an investigation, after providing copies of the emails from Alex and the signed invoice confirming it was paid in full they honored the warranty and also provided me with the rebate that was previously declined. They mentioned they take these matters very seriously and provided a list of approved contractors who would repair the manufacturing defects and the stones that have cracked due to poor workmanship (which is normally not covered). Alex did come by after to see the cracks as he was even surprised how bad the issue was awhen he saw the pics but after some back and forth regarding the quality of the job was told “You can use the money you shorted me to hire someone to fix the work. You wouldn’t want someone who had bad workmanship to fix your yard yea? No one believes a single bad review saying I didn’t honor a warranty, especially when you didn’t pay your bill in full. And I will make sure everyone knows that” which he did in his responses. So I will somewhat agree with his response on the Google Review as we did not pay the “Final Invoice” as we agreed on a “Revised Final Invoice” which was paid in full and signed by Alex. Also, Alex mentioned they did everything they could to keep us happy, so I have uploaded some pictures of what things look like after he tried everything to make us happy (imagine what it looked like before). My expectations for workmanship and quality was much higher for a $130k job. Alex wish you all the best!

I had a complete gut and repair. Svilen and his team did a great job with their work. They did everything from patios, concrete, bathrooms, roofing, kitchens, flooring, windows and doors. I was impressed. Then the small things were done well. I was surprised because usually the contractors I've used didn't do the little things like a proper cleanup.
