    We hired Right Home Decor to install our curtains. It has now been a month, and the job is still not completed. On the first day, I paid him in full, even though the work was not finished. He agreed to return another day to complete it. When he came back on the second day, we realized that one of the materials was not compatible. We agreed that once I got the correct material, he would come and complete the installation when he was available. I later got the right material and reached out to him. He agreed to come the following week. On the agreed day, I waited for him, but he never showed up. He also didn’t reach out to inform me; I was the one who had to follow up. He then told me he was out of town — this was after I had been waiting for him. He promised to come the next day or, at the latest, the following week. However, the week passed without any communication from him. Again, I had to follow up, and he said he would come in two or three days. My Master room window is just bare
