Lenny and Aston Bray did a great job on the stone work for out backyard steps and patio on the one hand and on our front steps as well. The work was done consistently well and totally on time - booked them in May 2023 and the job was completely finished before the end of June despite some rainy weather which hindered completion for a few days. I would highly recommend Aston Bray and the experienced team without a moment's hesitation.

We contacted Filadelfia after working with three other contractors we weren't satisfied with. (The first one, a kitchen reno, cut all the ground wires during his install - no idea why. We found out a year later and had to rewire the kitchen. The second turned a month-long job into a 6 month saga. The third built a deck that we had to have fixed only a year later.) Needless to say, I was cautious. You can tell Rodney and his team were going to be different from the second you meet them. People of a certain age will understand what I mean when I say they are about the 'old school' service: They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They quoted and stuck to the quote. They kept their word. They did good work. They were respectful of the neighbours. They finished earlier than they promised. The whole package. Whereas other contractors would send one or two people, disappear for a few days, and then get back to it, there were usually 3 to 6 people from the Filadelfia team onsite the entire time. They wanted to get the job done - and done well - and get on to the next one. That's how I work, and I appreciate it in others. We have at least 4 more jobs to do, and we'll call Rodney for all of them.

I am so pleased with the Bellevue Landscaping team and my completed landscaping project. When I contacted the owner, Ron Lazzer in the summer of 2025, he made a number of visits to help me through the design process of my Garden Project which involved several items, including a garden/walkway retaining wall, adding a garden access by installing a new fence, gate and step, as well as making important drainage and grading improvements. During the planning stage, Ron was very patient as my vision for the project with respect to materials and layout changed. He listened to my ideas and was able to guide me in arriving at a final plan. Ron also offered flexibility and various options in terms of cost and materials. Ron and his team are very professional, polite and easy to talk to. They were punctual and ensured work was completed in a highly skilled manner. Ron returned early this spring to inspect the project and finishing touches were added. Would highly recommend Bellevue Landscaping.

MTEC was the only contractor to take the time and listen to our ideas and give professional, detailed advice about what could or could not be done for our basement reno. Their quote was on par with others. The whole team, from electrical to drywall to flooring, always cleaned up each day and their work was absolutely perfect. We referred him to two close relatives and they both were extremely happy with their renos. They completed the project according to our modest budget, with high-quality workmanship. Please do your due diligence on Jeff before hiring him- he is unprofessional and not trust worthy. We had a similar experience to the last review from Nov 2024. He was consistently behind schedule, left the site at our house in a messy state and destroyed our grass with his machinery. He did not complete the concrete work nor was the waterproofing work done properly (we dealt with flooding soon after the work was done as a direct result of it).

Shower Masters just renovated our Bathroom. We had the Bath Tub removed and a new Shower system put in.The Tile work was absolutely perfect, which was completed by Everton. Ahmed & Michael were very professional to us and any concerns, changes or idea's that we had or wanted were completed. We found the pricing for the renovation was very reasonable compared to all the other contractors we met. The other contractors we contacted, were extremely expensive. The products that we picked from there Catalog were beautiful and they had so many choices. If you need a Bathroom Renovation, we highly RECOMMEND!!!!
