It was important that this job was done right since it's for an elderly, semi-disabled family member - safety was paramount. I appreciated the time that Chris and Jason took to explain the options and process involved, and they worked with my family member to ensure the height and angles were correct for him. Their quote was also competitive. They arrived a few days later (wearing masks which we greatly appreciated) and installed everything quickly and cleanly with tarps covering the work area.
