    Waiting on a reply about unapproved fee for fuel from the company. Job just finished, will upgrade after a few days if there are no issues. Service man was friendly and efficient. My concern is that I was charged over $30 for a fuel surcharge (which was illegible on the serviceman’s iPad receipt due to a shattered screen.) Charge was not discussed. I have never heard of charging for a half tank of fuel! Why are you taking jobs in Niagara if you have to pass on this cost? This should have been discussed and agreed to in advance when the booking was made. I would like to speak to customer service.
