Had root balls in my clay sewer line under my basement floor. Contracted Sewer Squad to clean the line and reline with an epoxy sleeve. Sewer Squad ran into an unforeseen problem extracting the "bladder" after the liner was cured, but sewer squad resolved the issue at no extra cost. Very pleased with the performance of Sewer Squad.

You cannot trust their estimate. I contracted them to build a second floor addition, and after supplying them with detailed CAD drawings, architectural plans of the existing house, and all the information they needed to provide the most accurate and realistic estimate possible, they later increased some of the biggest costs to MORE THAN DOUBLE what they had estimated. One could accept increases of up to 10% or 15%, but not over 100% when there are no changes or unforeseen circumstances to account for them! They claim that they work with you and keep you on budget every step of the way. That is not true. The designer had not even looked at the estimate to begin with, and during the design process, I was not able to get any pricing until the design was finished. And then they put obstacles and threatened additional design costs when I wanted to go back to make the necessary revisions to reduce a large cost increase. That was the first of three instances in which they doubled costs for no other reason than having made a mistake or omission in their initial estimation. This is by no means the honest, customer-focused company they profess to be. They do provide a more itemized estimate than other builders, which is why I chose them. But when they increase costs by so much for no valid reason, the estimate means nothing. In short, after two years spent correcting the designers constant mistakes (which also delayed permits), waiting for updated costs and information, and disputing unfair cost increases, I had to give up the addition before construction had even begun. Besides the disappointment and aggravation, I have also lost a non-refundable deposit of over $20,000 plus the cost of all the permits.

Lincoln and his team did a great job in building us a new, larger deck that is covered with a ceiling fan, lighting, infrared heaters and drop down screens. He used mineral based composite for the deck floor and cedar for the ceiling and TV wall. It looks awesome and it gives us an extension to our house that could be used for at least three seasons, if not all four!

My front lawn needed regrading which resulted in rebuilding and extending the retaining wall. A French drain was put in the smallest possible space to control water from a down spout and simple plants were put in to enhance the existing spaces. In the rear of the house, my old patio was removed and the footings were laid from scratch. Beautiful tiles were laid. Problems with privacy and safety were solved beautifully. David and his crew worked hard to, were on time and clearly knew what they were doing. Very pleasant people to woke with. I could not be more pleased.

We selected Smart Bathrooms out of three companies we contacted and we were not disappointed. Natallia oversaw the project from start to finish and helped us select fittings and finishes. The crew, Vasyl and Dan, did an excellent job and their work was meticulous - and they tidied up at the end of each day. We had a couple of glitches on the project but Natallia dealt with them quickly and efficiently, and we finished only a few days behind schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Bathrooms but be prepared to pay top dollar for good work.

We uncovered a major structural issue with our foundation when we did demo for a basement renovation. Our original contractors said it was outside of their scope, and couldn't do it, so we needed to find a new team to do this work as quickly as we could. JT Construction Solutions came quickly, quoted us, and were able to begin work quickly. They were very thorough and knowledgeable throughout the process. Everything was well-documented and clear throughout. Justin was very helpful in communicating directly with our structural engineer with questions and clarifications needed. The job was finished quickly and done well. We're grateful for their quick and skilled work on this job!

Yilmaz from New Stucco did a great job from beginning to end. He communicated clearly and in a timely manner from the outset. He provided me with several options at different price points. I had a damaged stucco wall. New Stucco did a great job patching the stucco and then painting the rest of the facade to seamlessly match the repair. I would highly recommend New Stucco and will definitely use them again in the future.
