Mike was actually hired to do two jobs, the first was to replace the roof at my home and the second is to complete the the gutters and drainage at my moms home. My roof is completed and I could not begin to tell you how absolutely pleased we are. Mike and his team are courteous, professional and well skilled. I was provided with step by step pictures of the work that had been done alleviating any doubts I may have had. It was obvious that their attention to detail was second to none. I am so glad that through the dozen of companies I received quotes from, I went with Mike. I can't say enough about George. He shared that they usually handle larger jobs (renos) but that he appreciated my situation and provided me a quote. We had an issue with a kitchen faucet becoming unstable due to a faulty installation by someone. Water damaged under the counter space under the faucet plate. Admittedly, I procrastinated to have it looked at, but I thought it would be fine. I had a couple of people quote me, but George is the only one who THOROUGHLY examined the issue and provided his honest and unfiltered, LOL, opinion and professional discernment. I opted for quick fix which he said he could do that would still solve the issue. The day of the job, it took longer than expected because of the type of faucet I had in place. I would suggest if you are going to buy a new faucet, as a professional which one to buy! He spend considerable time making sure it was done perfectly. I appreciated his conversation and work. 5/5 Couldn’t be happier! We had Joaquin redo our bathroom and we are so pleased! He was amazing and surpassed all of our expectations. The bathroom looks great! and the price was fantastic! He also went well above and beyond and helped us with little things around the bathroom (and even around the house) that he could patch up. His team was responsive, good communicators, courteous, fast, clean, took care of dust and did everything you’d want. I can’t emphasize this enough: If you want your bathroom done right and for the right price in a timely way by nice people then hire him!

On Sunday night my plumbing backed up because of tree roots and I called around to local plumbers. New Canadian answered and setup an appointment for Monday morning. Danny came out and did a camera inspection and determined that some major work needed to be done to permanently resolve the problem. I was dealing with alot in my personal life that limited me but he was very patient at explaining the situation and how urgent it was in a way that was easy to understand then he and his team went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right and that their 20 year warranty was good. I was very pleased with how professional, organized and efficient they were. They communicated with me throughout the process too. Space was very limited but they somehow managed to get it done. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone I know. They stood by their word and made sure the job was done right!
