I’m a hands-on residential contractor with experience taking projects from vacant land to completed homes. I am licensed for septic and well systems and have managed full home builds including site coordination, framing, interior finishes, and final occupancy preparation. I have experience applying for building permits, coordinating drawings, and working with municipalities and inspectors to move projects forward properly. I’ve also pulled ESA permits for residential electrical work completed as an owner and successfully passed inspections. My construction experience includes full-house plumbing installations and septic connections, interior framing, drywall, decks, landscaping, and HVAC mini-split installations. I can do carpentry (rough and finishing), insulation, minor drywall sheeting and taping, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, any tiling or flooring excluding carpet, hanging doors and door hardware etc, etc. I can do light welding and have my own mig welder. I can solder copper pipes and install pex as well. I have all my carpentry tools, flooring tools and drywall and painting tools.
