If you haven’t already purchased the materials, and request that we do this, we can take care of this for you. Full Home Check-up: Before leaving your premises, our handyman will offer you a a full home check-up. This is a complimentary service that we offer to all of our customers. You are in no way obliged to accept it. We will review key areas of home maintenance for you and give you an overview that may require attention. Finalizing: As we charge by the hour and have a 2 hour minimum for any work after 2 hours falls under standard rates. If we gave you an estimate, then we stand by that agreed upon estimate and is the amount that will be required for payment of our services. Any additional services will first be agreed upon, and be handled as a separate estimate and any payments required will be separate from the original estimate. I ran my own tile and flooring installation business for 20 years in the Orillia area. I’ve been a site supervisor on residential and commercial properties for over 5 years. I can pretty much fix anything in your house excluding appliances and major plumbing or electrical work. I can do carpentry (rough and finishing), insulation, minor drywall sheeting and taping, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, any tiling or flooring excluding carpet, hanging doors and door hardware etc, etc. I can do light welding and have my own mig welder. I can solder copper pipes and install pex as well. I have all my carpentry tools, flooring tools and drywall and painting tools. I’m just looking for the smaller jobs that can be done on the weekends or evenings. I aim to please.

The steps that we take for our onsite spray can be seen on our facebook page. For the Onsite spray we will require for you to remove all the items from your cabinets prior to our arrival. This will ensure no overspray gets on anything. The onsite spray process only takes one day, depending on the size of the kitchen. Step 3: We will return 7-10 days later to reinstall your newly refinished cabinet doors. That is the entire process, and at the end you are left with a reborn kitchen in which you can show off to your friends and family. We also give a written 3 year warranty on our work.
