This commonly includes general repairs and troubleshooting, drywall repair and patching, targeted paint touch-ups and small repaint areas, trim repairs and finish carpentry touch-ups, caulking and sealing, door, lock, hinge, and hardware issues, and minor plumbing or electrical work where permitted—among other common requests.
