I install hardwood, laminate , carpet , vinyl click and vct tiles . My flooring boys and I , also install all new baseboards, quarter round and door stop. At a very affordable rate. My flooring crew and I , are the true professionals. We snap lines. We undercut all door casings . No top pinning the last rows in your wood flooring. We use wood glue and hardwood jacks to close your last few rows without any gapping . We treat ever install, as if we are doing our own house . We take great pride in our craftsmanship. Our workmanship is the best in the industry. In this trade, unfortunately you get a lot of wannabe flooring installers. And some store owners thinking they are installers. Giving you very poor advice. Please note. Most flooring store owners or box store employees , have never installed flooring. Have no clue where to start or how to finish your install. Wrong transition moldings and stair nosings. Over charging you on carpet and underpad.. Watchout for flee market deals . If the back of carpet , the latex peels off. It's defective carpet. On hardwood or laminate specials. Please check the lot numbers. You always want the same lot numbers. They only care about collecting your hard earn money. And not being very honest. Taking a lot of short cuts. Don't get mislead. Please don't let anyone install your new flooring. Without contacting me first. I know where to start my rows. And give you that professional install that you desire. I can give you advice on what products that will give you that wow factor. I take no short cuts and I have no excuses. My goal, is to make your vision into a reality. My crew and I can meet all all your flooring needs. I can recommend flooring stores with warehouse prices . No peer pressure salesman , on commission, who tries to up sale you. Or tries the switch and bait. You purchase a product and get something else at a lower grade. Some flooring stores have hidden restocking fees . No charge for under cutting your door casings charge. Or they make you sign a contract with Hidden costs. Please read the fine print. I am a certified installer. I take great pride in all my installations. Flooring is my passion. No cutting inside your house. I use a laminate cutter to reduce dust in your house. I use drop sheets. I vacuum all rooms before installing . I clean up all garbage. After all my hard suface installations, I use a swifter and a Bona cleaner . I don't accept any deposits or payment until your install is completely installed. I am fully insured. I do have WSIB . I offer free measures. I am available on short notice.

Enkel and his team were very professional and thorough. I like how they laid floor protectors where needed on my newly refinished floors. There was one small issue with the way the baseboards were installed. Enkel very graciously offered to fix this. Most importantly, he got the cat urine smell out of my floors. We has our shower completely redone (as a previous contractor had not done it properly). Ricardo and his team were very communicative through the process and also very clean. When a small issue was identified after completion, they responded immediately and to our complete satisfaction. Carl did an excellent job at changing the old bath tub into a shower. He changed the floor tiles. He also installed a cabinet and an LED mirror. He painted the bathroom as well. He was punctual and polite, and his quote was reasonable. Overall great job done in timely manner! We are very happy with this renovation!

I hired Valentin Dica to take over a home renovation project after we had to let go our original contractor. The job involved replacing a structural beam in our basement to eliminate the center support pole, with the beam installed in a semi-flush style. It became clear partway through that the previous contractor was in over their head as they kept making excuses and couldn’t deliver the installation the way we wanted. Valentin stepped in with confidence and professionalism, immediately putting me at ease. He was friendly, communicative, and clearly knew what he was doing. He completed the work exactly as requested and within the expected timeframe. Del Duca did Ana amazing job for us renovating bathroom new kitchen and floors. Our project started out as just floors and turned into a whole house renovation. Vic and Melissa are amazing in every step. They explain everything are very honest and up front. Their workmanship is outstanding. They make it easy to make decisions on color choices and materials. SCAM ALERT - Took 60% money and left w half done damaged job site. I posted a job here for hardwood refinishing. Got contacted by Tristen, met w him and hired them to do the job. Earlier he said its only 20% deposit and rest on job completion. But when he started he asked for more money like at the end of the day. They started the Job which I dont think they knew how to do. They worked w rental tools, left the floors scratched using drum sander, stained half job site blochy and leaving other half unstained. Did not even sanded to.a proper grit. Unprofessional, They used to come at around 11 am and leave at usual 6 pm, spending a lot of time in between just chatting. Spent a whole week doing only sanding to a quoted 4 day job containing sanding, staining and poly. They took about 60% of they money on monday, soon after went to get the "rental polisher" and then stopped picking calls and no reply to messages either. To a prospect home owner - You better stay away.

Nikola and Ilya were very responsive, reliable, and cared about quality. They provided an accurate and highly competitive estimate very quickly. They were able to provide all the documentation and information requested by the condo property management and meet and exceed all their requirements to schedule the job. They proactively communicated any design decisions ahead of time and made sure quality of the finish is not compromised. They completed the job quickly, the full 1 bed condo in 1 day, with high quality and attention to detail. Great work highly recommended!

We were in desperate need of a countertop replacement and wanted to redo our small bathroom due to some plumbing issues we had previously encountered (in addition to both being dated). Chris gave us a fair market quote for the work we wanted to have done. The crew and trades used for the process showed up on time and were friendly and informative showing things they needed to rework and answering any questions. The work was started and completed within the expected timeframe including a few extras which were not 100% known during the estimate (but I knew were a possibility when starting). The site was prepared for minimal mess and any mess created was cleaned everyday before the workers left. I plan to use Chris and his team again for future work.
