We were in desperate need of a countertop replacement and wanted to redo our small bathroom due to some plumbing issues we had previously encountered (in addition to both being dated). Chris gave us a fair market quote for the work we wanted to have done. The crew and trades used for the process showed up on time and were friendly and informative showing things they needed to rework and answering any questions. The work was started and completed within the expected timeframe including a few extras which were not 100% known during the estimate (but I knew were a possibility when starting). The site was prepared for minimal mess and any mess created was cleaned everyday before the workers left. I plan to use Chris and his team again for future work.

I can’t recommend Jason highly enough! From start to finish, he was extremely courteous, accommodating & friendly and was truly a pleasure to work with. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process as Jason was always easy to reach and very responsive to any questions or changes we had. Payam and team were absolutely fantastic! Reached out to them for a 25 linear foot fence with 2 gates. They also replaced and re-fitted a downspout which was in the way of where we wanted the fence. The Job was done on schedule and no surprises on costs. Highly recommend and will definitely hire again for other projects.

Slava was the first of 6 contractors to evaluate the work and was selected because of his excellent investigation of the leak from the en suite shower to the lower floor. He expressed honest suggestions after my attempts to remove & reapply silicone. When the actual cause was confirmed, he worked diligently to replace the lower faucet and fixed the problem without costly, disruptive and wasteful renovation of the entire bathroom. The patch work on the ceiling and adjacent closet wall was exceptional. There was no sign of the damage caused by the leak. Vanreno remodeled and renovated the downstair washroom, shower stall, vanity, mirror, replacing all the tiles and finally painting. Amin was the project lead and he and his team completed the job on time and on budget. Amin has a good eye for detail and he spent a great deal of time to give the final product a quality look.
