I am currently a second-year carpentry student at Durham college and go back in September. In college I’ve learned hands-on experience in residential construction with a focus on outdoor structures like decks, fences, and sheds. I also can do framing, renovation, and general carpentry. Through my training in school I’ve developed strong understanding of blueprints, building code, accurate cutting and measuring. I work efficiently and accurately. My company, 2THOUSAND1 Design Studio, started as an e-commerce website selling safety glasses on Shopify while I was apprenticing as a finish carpenter.
