Highland Property Maintenance is a Halifax-based property maintenance and handyman service run by Tom Ross, a British property investor who relocated to Nova Scotia to build a better quality local trades service. After years of managing rental properties and experiencing firsthand how difficult it is to find reliable, communicative tradespeople, Tom built Highland Property Maintenance on three principles: fixed-price quotes so you always know the cost upfront, clear communication throughout every job, and workmanship you can stand behind. We work with homeowners, landlords, letting agents, and Airbnb hosts across Halifax and the wider HRM. Every job — regardless of size — gets a written fixed-price quote before we start anything. Services: Handyman services · Property maintenance · Painting and decorating · Carpentry · Decking repair and replacement · Fence repair · Tiling · Drywall repair · Pressure washing · Caulking and sealing · Landlord maintenance · Airbnb turnaround maintenance · Pre-sale property preparation Service area: Halifax · Dartmouth · Bedford · Sackville · Cole Harbour · Hammonds Plains · Truro · Windsor · Bridgewater
