I ran my own tile and flooring installation business for 20 years in the Orillia area. I’ve been a site supervisor on residential and commercial properties for over 5 years. I can pretty much fix anything in your house excluding appliances and major plumbing or electrical work. I can do carpentry (rough and finishing), insulation, minor drywall sheeting and taping, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, any tiling or flooring excluding carpet, hanging doors and door hardware etc, etc. I can do light welding and have my own mig welder. I can solder copper pipes and install pex as well. I have all my carpentry tools, flooring tools and drywall and painting tools. I’m just looking for the smaller jobs that can be done on the weekends or evenings. I aim to please.

I’m a hands-on residential contractor with experience taking projects from vacant land to completed homes. I am licensed for septic and well systems and have managed full home builds including site coordination, framing, interior finishes, and final occupancy preparation. I seek to provide affordable services and decent quality work within reasonable parameters. It always saddens me when I see or hear about basic stuffs around the house that people/families can’t afford to replace or get fixed. I find it often narrows down to the lack of understanding or lack of planning, sometimes both. It shouldn’t bankrupt you to find solutions for your home either. I grew up in a family where resources weren’t abundant, I adopted the mentality of if “I can’t buy it, I’ll learn to do it myself and do it well so I can do it for my family”. Three-years of construction engineering technologies in college and ten-years of working in the construction industry later, I’m hoping to utilize the best of my abilities and knowledge to put something back in communities and strengthen families financially, that’s my goal.
