My name is Ezaaz Saeed, I have been working in construction for 10 years. My interest in this field started early in my life, as I always enjoyed using my hands to build things. I went to Central Technical high school where I took specialized courses in carpentry. From there, I continued my journey and went to George Brown College to study Building Renovation Technician and established early skills in framing, flooring and drywall. After graduating, over the next 6-7 years I worked for construction companies in the GTA that provide home renovation services. Once I gained technical skills and had a considerable amount of work experience, I wanted to start my own business where I could establish a long-lasting working relationship with my clients. Since then I have been working on projects across the GTA which include full basement renovations as well as projects that specifically focus on flooring, drywall, and painting. This for me means that If I take on a large project for you I will be doing majority of the work. I dont like going under the title of a “general contractor”. In my experience I find that this ushually means the work is being sub contracted out to several people and if the time comes were there is possibly a issue the customer gets more false promises then solutions. I dont want that for my reputation so I stick to what I know and consistently am straight forward to the client. Honesty is key.
