Regulated plumbing, electrical, gas and HVAC work goes to licensed subcontractors, and our crew is WorkSafeBC covered. Every job starts with a free written quote, held for 30 days, with materials listed separately from labour. Small jobs are billed by time; larger work is quoted after we see it. If a job turns out bigger once opened up, we stop and talk to you before continuing - no surprise bills.
