If a licensed trade is required, it’s discussed clearly up front so there are no surprises. Fix-It-or-Forget-It™ Assessment While we’re already on site, many clients choose to have us do a quick walkthrough of the property. This is a practical, surface-level assessment—not a formal home inspection—designed to help you understand what’s worth fixing now, what can wait, what’s cosmetic, and what isn’t worth spending money on.
