I'm 40 yrs old I have a crew that consists of 5 to 6 people who all have there first aid and some have WHMIS some worked for electricians do security etc. In saying that I gained alot of experience myself from previous jobs that I've held over the years. I also have a few tickets and certificates for example First Aid, WHMIS, Core Certified, epoxy injection, carpentry level 2 so i know how to build and read blue prints very well. What I do for them is raising and leveling of houses, under pinning, pit insulations, brace installation, concrete floor removal, I can install interior tile lines or exterior excavations for crack repairs for water proofing, Concrete Restoration, sidewalk removal and reinstallation I always build to code too.
