I'm a semi retired contractor with more than 20 years experience in painting and exterior finishing carpentry and repair. Whether you're looking for home maintenance and repairs, a quick refresh or an entire refinish, or even handyman jobs, I can help. Currently only accepting smaller projects. Less than 1 week preffered as my availability for larger projects this summer is already booked into autumn.I have time to add projects of 1-4days at the moment. I bill hourly for smaller projects, $65/hr carpentry $50/hr basic painting, unless large ticket tools required. ie-sprayer,etc, discussed on per job basis in advance.
