I had John come out to my home in London after issues with a furnace & air conditioner. The more well-known companies in London simply wanted to sell me a new air conditioner as I was having issues. One wanted to charge $700 to pull the a/c unit apart to look at the internal components to try and discover the issue. John was able to diagnose the problem right away. He told me the reasons why the other companies had mis-diagnosed the issue in plain language. Resolved my issue & concerns. They are now #1 on my list to call for ANY air conditioner or furnace servicing.
