We purchased our furnace/air conditioner from Boonstra 8 yrs ago and opted to pay monthly for the yearly maintenance program for each. The techs come in a timely manner every spring and fall and take care of any problems that come up in between. Thank you Jeff for going above and beyond with our humidifier yesterday, cleaning it out before replacing the filter we purchased through you.

I called Award Plus about my clogged toilet and received a call from Alex right away. A few hours later Will showed up and, fortunately, managed to unclog it quickly and relatively easily. I then showed Will some other problems we would like fixed eventually in this older home. He took the time to identify problems and helped me prioritize them. Wonderful old-fashioned customer service, reasonably priced. Our go to plumbers in the future.

Trustworthy, experienced, and fairly priced. Steve just works away while Linda assists, being very entertaining as she does so. She's also a fount of great ideas for appliance cleaning, brands that are best, etc etc. Can't wait to try the stove racks in the snow cleaning idea. Definitely our go to company for all appliance repairs in the future.

Alex was great. Two toilets needing major repair and a kitchen tap that needed to be supported. He was friendly and worked diligently and cleanly, then did a sweep of the basement to make sure there were no obvious problems about to cause us trouble in this older home. Our go to plumber in future.

I called Dave today to have our old kitchen tap replaced with one we had purchased. He was able to fit us in between jobs, which was a bonus to us. Dave is very pleasant and informative. His pricing is reasonable. We will be calling him back for all of our plumbing needs.

If you look at the cost of this work it only includes the purchase and installation of a wall heater, which replaced the old Valor fireplace they came to clean and instead shut down for safety issues (which no other company even mentioned to us when they came for mtce). Scott tried for a week to find the part issued by the company in a recall many years ago, but to no avail. We are, however, more than happy with our new wall heater and with the installation. As for the Mtce of our other fireplace and furnace ... topnotch .. Joe checked far more things than any other company we've hired to do it, at a comparable price, letting us know what he was doing, why and what the readings were. All who work for this company are certified, competent and friendly. An all round wonderful experience. We'll be calling them every year for maintenance.

Heard about Budget through a friend. Helpful customer service when ordering the bin. Delivery/Pick-up exactly as requested, placing wood under the bin to protect the driveway. Cost was less than anticipated.

From Roots to Shoots Tree Care is a class act, with competitive pricing and a happy, respectful staff. No music blaring, no swearing and lots of laughter made having 2 huge fir trees removed a very positive experience. Special kudos to Laura who got bogged down with sap halfway up a white pine, stayed calm, found a solution with David's help and continued going. End result trees gone, stumps gone, no damage, no mess!

We found City 1 Roof Works through this site and liked the comments and ratings. When Danny came out to quote we were quite impressed with what he was offering and the fact that he offered copies of his up-to-date insurance, workers'comp etc. as well as a written guarantee. The price he quoted was also very reasonable. We already had 2 other quotes but Danny's presentation blew them out of the water so we hired them that day. Before he left he did a minor repair to our roof we were concerned about to tide us over. Well, the work is done and we couldn't be happier. They went the extra mile for us in many different ways, too many to list here. Our "easy" roof turned out to be very convoluted with more than a few problem areas but they were troopers and worked hard all day, battling a battalion of wasps for most of it. We would recommend this company in a heartbeat, and will to anyone looking for a roofing company.
