Very responsive; quickly arranged to meet. Transparent about pricing up front (just asked). Got the job done quickly, shared what the issues were and was respectful of our space. Even cleaned the inside of our dryer. Thank you

We had a leak from our upstairs shower into our kitchen. The team quick diagnosed the problem and suggested alternatives to remedy, with varying degrees of cost and complexity so we could make informed choices. Appreciated the team's transparency and customer focus. Would recommend
