When we were ready to renovate our kitchen, we enquired of friends if they could recommend a reliable, honest contractor. Total Home Improvements was recommended. We called Total and talked to John Ricco about our project. We wanted him to basically prepare the kitchen to receive the new cabinets. John gave us a good price to do the work, but the real surprise was how far John went to satisfy us. When he saw a problem, he would discuss it with us and then fix it. We were so impressed with his work in preparing the kitchen, that we asked for a quote on renoing the basement. Again John came in with a fair price. Again he fixed unseen problems and even suggested better ways to do things. He finished the basement reno and we are more than happy with the results. The bottom line is that John is a fair, honest and reliable general contractor He finishes what he starts, and does so in good time.
