Jeff installed a air conditioner and furnace in Aprill 2006. First time i used the air conditioner it did not work. Jeff returned and re charged the system (he left a conection loose). This summer, my furnace stopped wroking alltogether. Jeff came out, and said the circuit borad was gone, and that he would return to fix it in a couple of days. Jeff never returned!!!!! I phoned him for two months and he never return my calls. He never had the decency to call me and say he wasn't comming back, even through my furnace was still under warranty. Jeff only installs furnaces, and then splits.
