When we initially contacted Templar, I spoke with Robert. He is very open and honest, and explains everything thoroughly. He made arrangements to meet us at the house to gather samples for testing, evaluate the work required and provided an estimate. Warren came in to complete the removal and finished in less time then expected. He completed a walkthrough of the work completed and explained in detail what he had done.
