My overall impression of the installation crew at Hardwood Land Inc. is very good! They were able to work with our contractor (who was installing our counters etc.) to ensure that everything was completed in a timely fashion. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and helped us choose our hardwood. They also introduced us to many different types of wood, including "environmentally friendly" ones, that I knew nothing about. My experience with Hardwood Land Inc. was very good!

We were quite impressed with the level of service we received at Crate and Barrel. And as always, the quality is exceptional. However, we were a little surprised at how long it took for our "custom made" couch to be delivered...over 8 weeks! The price was fair and the gentlemen who delivered and set up our sectional were efficient and fast! Overall I would recommend this store to others.

I recently had windows installed...something I had know idea about...but thanks to Mathew Harant and his installation crew at Casa Bella...the job was stress free! They worked around my tight schedule and installed 4 beautiful windows. The sales manager, Mathew Harant was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company!

We have had many pictures and pieces of artwork framed at soho. The staff are very personable and extremely helpful. The high quality of the frames has actually made our "homemade art" look expensive! I would recommend soho to anyone who appreciates good service and great quality!

Right from the get-go, he provided us with a quote that exactly matched what I was looking for. We were also impressed with how flexible he was, with respect to fitting us into his schedule on such short notice. Throughout the job, Rene communicated with us and he did an excellent job! We recently moved and needed to buy blinds. We called a few "window treatment" stores and were impressed by the knowledge and friendly service we received from the people at Mars Blinds. They were also the cheapest and were able to complete the installation work within our time constraints. We were very happy with the speed and accuracy of the gentlemen who came to measure our blinds. We also received wonderful help choosing our blinds. The installation was completed within 3 weeks of our initial call. Excellent service, speed installation and knowledge staff! Way to go Mars Blinds!

I have been an ADT customer for 9 years now. I recently have been getting an error message on my security keypad and when I called to ask for guidance, the service I received was exceptional! The customer service representative took the time to trouble shoot and follow up with me with status reports. The problem ended up be minor (a battery replacement for $50). I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable the rep was as well as their patience and kindness!

WOW! What fantastic customer service!! Very knowledgeable staff! They took the time to walk me through every brand of each appliance I needed to purchase. They didn't try to 'up sell' me on the the most expensive products, but instead...they tried to find the appliance that best suited my needs. The appliances were delivered on time...and they were exactly what I ordered! A very impressed customer!!!

Service was excellent at Mars Blinds. Very helpful staff, they were able to help me choose the best blinds for my needs. They accommodated my time lines and installed them just in time for my wedding in the backyard! They were even able to find us shutters that could fit on our patio doors!
