The inspector with Accurate was very approachible, and receptive to my many questions about the building, a vacant rental property. I feel it's very important for a building inspector to be knowledgeable and willing to take the time to "teach" me about the building, and to provide frank and clear comments. This was certainly the case with Accurate Home Inspection. I was very pleased.
