We had a several leaks in our basement. Close friend gave us Draincom's number. First the response was quick. Technician came the same day, gave us a proper quote (written). He was polite and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. And we proceed with the work. The crew arrived the next day. They promised to complete the job in 5-6 days. And they finish as promised.
