Dear K I am sorry that you felt pressured to sign up for our monthly service plan that allows you benefits such as no additional charge for emergency service, front of the line booking, and on going safety inspections to ensure your home is in safe operating condition.
Regarding the insistent calls, we do call our customers when it is time for their Safety Inspections to set up an appointment. I am sorry that he felt the amount of times he was called was over the top however this is the first I am hearing of this. Had your husband simply called us (we have after hours service and voicemail) or sent us an e-mail indicating that he was not interested we would have stopped.
Please call, or e-mail email@example.com with your name, phone number, and address, and we will remove you from all of our contact lists, as well as stop any monthly charges to your credit card.
If we have over charged your credit card in any way please let us know the date that you cancelled you Service Partner Plan and we will gladly refund the money.
