Well the sales agent just called me back to say that it will be a week until they can fix it. I asked her if she was aware of the bad reviews their company has and she hung up on me! Between the 2 incidents and the cost of the warranty I have spent enough money to buy a brand new machine! All the comments at the end saying please contact us...to what do nothing??
