Fecri was courteous, professional and friendly from the very start - getting the quote to the end - completing the service. He and his son worked quietly and efficiently and I especially appreciated his suggestion of an environmentally friendly product to accommodate our family’s health needs and preferences. I’ve had two previous companies clean my carpet in the past. Comparatively, Fecri has provided the best service and results and I would not hesitate to have him return in the future.

After having several painters service my home in the past, I believe I’ve finally found the best company. Felipe and team were professional, neat, and very pleasant in completing my project (2 rooms and some exterior trim). They respect your home and do a quality job. I was particularly impressed when one crew member had to return for touchups. He did so happily and from my perspective, they understand that customer happiness is key. I will definitely be using FG in the future.

Alex provided landscaping services for our home (planting, transplanting, hardscaping with rocks). He understood what we envisioned and was able to bring it to life. We appreciated his flexibility when we wanted to add in some, additional minor details and he was very pleasant to communicate with. Alex clearly takes customer service and satisfaction very seriously. We have not yet proceeded withe the sealing of our patterned concrete due to the cold weather but we look forward to having Alex and his team return in the spring. It was impressive that he could provide more than just sealing and we were pleased with the overall job.

Quick and friendly response to quote and appointment set up. Terrific with answering questions. The cleaning was done decently but I noticed that they did not consistently clean right to the edges, baseboards and corners. When I was asked later how the appointment went and presented my concerns, the company did not hesitate to apologize and return to ensure all was rectified. The speed and genuine concern for my satisfaction left me in awe because rarely do other service companies do this. So-Clean excels with their customer service and is superior to other carpet cleaning companies I’ve dealt with. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Adel and team!
