Microwave door no longer opened with the Open button. Faulty actuator. Went through my extended warranty and Valley View was given the claim. Part arrived quickly. Service was authorized quickly. Within one week of my service request it was fixed. Very pleased with Steve from Valley View.

We have requested Steve from Mr. Handyman numerous times throughout our renovation and will continue to do so. His structural and finish carpentry experience has been an asset from the first meeting and work done. Most recently he has helped us place 3/8" underlayment and helped build our rough opening for a future patio door, replacing a window and fireplace. He noticed that the floor was not properly support for a patio door and quickly installed the new wood blocking required and placed it on the foundation.

From the quote to the execution of the work, Mega Roofing was very prompt and friendly around communication and service. I was very satisfied with the expertise I received as I was not sure how best to restructure my downspouts. The final work product looks and works great.

It was done well and only took a few days. They were open about communication regarding the date set as it had to be moved a few times to accommodate issues they were having on other jobs. I have already recommended them to friends.
