Tried to tell me I had to pay more than the quoted price for Sat del. Don't even bother with this company. You get better treatment from other stores & prices aren't really much better. Now have to fight for refund when it was their screw up in the first place.

We try to be very clear from the beginning regarding our delivery process that we cannot accommodate delivery windows and that the customer is advised of their window the day prior to delivery. We can provide you with the date of delivery up to 2 weeks out however we are not able to provide the time window until the day prior. This is industry standard. For your convenience, we do provide Saturday deliveries one day a month at the regular price as well as offer more options including evenings and Saturdays for an additional fee.
Please note that, at your request, we have cancelled your order and have processed a full refund to your credit card. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
