Although there was some communication issue during renovation process, our kitchen renovation was done and I enjoy cooking meals everyday in the new kitchen. The quality of the materials and fit and finish are exceptional. The good thing working with Pulsar is that there is a team of contractors and cabinet installer working for Lillian. It definitely made our renovation much easier than we expected. Lilian tried to accommodate my needs and was able to find many custom solutions to make the kitchen more efficient, but one thing I wish i had was to have the sink in the centre of the window. Regarding the sink we made you aware that it will make your sink off centred to the window with the sink size you wanted.You decided to go ahead with bigger sink anyway and I am sorry to hear you are regretting it now.
As for the communication issue I apologize if you had that impression. We always try our best to be very specific and are very responsive to any requirements.This was never brought to our attention at the time of renovation and it has been over a year since your project was completed.
